About PublicAccess

Introduction

 PublicAccess is a simple and straightforward application to use that provides Local Authority property, Planning and Building Control information online.

Information may be searched and retrieved using a number of different interrogation methods including Application search, property search and through direct selection from a map. Customised searches may be performed using the advanced search function.

To help make the searching and locating of Applications as simple as possible, PublicAccess provides a list of the current week's valid and decided Applications along with a list of previous weekly submissions.

Who are CAPS Solutions?

PublicAccess is a CAPS Solutions application.

CAPS Solutions is an established supplier to the Local Authority marketplace of the UNI-form Spatial™ software, an integrated range of Land and Property systems. There are over 500 departments who are licensed to use our software resulting in nearly 200 Local Authorities as customers.
